摘要
测定普通和优质凤凰茶中微量元素初级形态及溶出率;用四层纱布和0.45μm滤膜将凤凰茶水提液分成可溶态、悬浮态及残渣等三种初级形态;凤凰茶中6种元素的可溶态在水提液中的比率彼此差异很大,6种元素的溶出率在5.79%~63.39%之间.
The study aimed to determine primary speciation and dissolution rate of trace elements in the Fenghuang tea. The aqueous solution of the Fenghuang tea was separated into three species including the dis-soluble species,suspensible solid and residue by 0.45μm membrane filter and four layers filter gauze. The ra-tios of water-soluble state in aqueous solution of the Fenghuang tea were quite different in each other.
