摘要
目的探讨腹腔镜胆囊切除术的并发症及防治体会。方法回顾性分析我院2008年1月~2009年1月360例腹腔镜胆囊切除患者的临床资料,并对发生并发症28例作一总结分析。结果发生并发症28例（7.8%）。并发症主要为：胆总管损伤11例,胆囊动脉出血5例,胃、十二指肠损伤2例,膈下积液6例,胆漏4例。结论腹腔镜胆囊切除术（LC）并发症的发生是多因素作用的结果 ,要求术者要把握手术适应证,一旦发生并发症,应尽早处理,以保证患者的安全。
Objective To study the complications of laparoscopic cholecystectomy and prevention experience.Methods Retrospective analysis of our hospital in January 2008～2009 January 360 cases of laparoscopic cholecystectomy in patients with clinical data,and complications were analyzed in 28 cases for one.Results 28 cases of complications,accounting for 7.8%.A total of 28 cases of complications,major complications are： common bile duct injury in 11 cases,cystic artery bleeding in 5 cases,stomach,duodenum injury in 2 cases,subphrenic effusion in 6 patients,bile leakage 4 cases.Conclusion Laparoscopic cholecystectomy（LC） the occurrence of complications is the result of multiple factors,patients were asked to grasp the surgical indication in the event of complications,should be dealt with promptly,in order to ensure patient safety.
