摘要
目的探讨腹腔镜胆囊切除术并发症的防治.方法回顾性分析我们2001年3月～2004年8月1 400例LC的临床资料.结果术后发生出血7例、胆漏4例、胆总管残余结石9例,均经手术及保守治疗治愈.无胆管损伤和死亡病例.结论术中遵循暴露充分、钝性分离、准确识别胆囊壶腹和胆囊管交界部、适时应用术中胆道造影的原则是减少术后并发症的重要措施.
Objective To investigate the prevention and treatment of the complications following laparoscopic cholecystectomy(LC),including bleeding,bile leakage,bile duct injury and stone residue in common bile duct.Methods 1400 cases subject to LC were studied retrospectively from March 2001 to September 2004.Results Operative complications:bleeding(7 cases,0.5%);bile leakage(4 cases,0.29%);stone residue(9 cases,0.64%).All the complications were successfully cured by operation or conservative methods.There were no bile duct injury and death.Conclusion The important procedures to prevent and reduce the complications are to fully expose the operative field,perform blunt isolation,correctly identify the board between ampulla of gallbladder and cystic duct,timely make cholangiography during operation.
