摘要
[目的] 探讨丹参酮ⅡA与鼠神经生长因子(MNGF)联合治疗老年糖尿病周围神经病变(DPN)的疗效.[方法]选择122例老年2型DPN患者,随机分为治疗组(丹参酮ⅡA磺酸钠注射液联合MNGF注射)和对照组(维生素B1联合维生素B12).观察两组治疗前后血液流变学、神经传导速度、脂质过氧化产物丙二醛(MDA)、红细胞超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、血清总抗氧化能力(TAOC)、临床症状的变化.[结果] 治疗组血液流变学、运动及感觉神经传导速度、临床症状较对照组均有明显改善(P〈0.05);与对照组比较血清MDA明显减少,SOD及TAOC明显提高(P〈0.05).[结论]丹参酮ⅡA与MNGF联合治疗老年DPN疗效好,值得临床推广应用.
[Objective]To explore the curative effect of tanshinone Ⅱ A combined with mouse nerve growth factor in the treatment of elderly diabetic peripheral neuropathy (DPN). [Methods]A total of 120 cases of elderly type 2 DPN were randomly divided into the treatment group receiving tanshinone Ⅱ A sulfoacid sodium in- jection combined with mouse nerve growth factor injection and the control group receiving vitamin B1 combined with vitamin B12. The changes of blood rheology, nerve conduction velocity, malonaldehyde(MDA), erythroeyte superoxide dismutase (SOD), serum total antioxygen capability (TAOC) and clinical symptoms of two groups were observed before and after treatment. [Results]The clinical symptoms, blood rheology, motor nerve conduction velocity (MNCV), sensory nerve conduction velocity (SNCV) in treatment group had more significant improvement than those in control group( P 〈0.05). The decrease of serum MDA and increase of SOD and TAOC in treatment group were more obvious than those in control group( P〈0.05). [Conclusion] Tanshinone Ⅱ A combined with mouse nerve growth factor injection is effective in treating elderly DPN , and worthy of clinical application.
