摘要
目的:探讨2型糖尿病(T2DM)肾病、糖耐量受损(IGT)者及正常对照组血清中高敏C反应蛋白(Hs-CRP)与尿蛋白(U-Pro)及血清总抗氧化能力(TAOC)的关系。方法:选取76例T2DM肾病患者、65例IGT患者与60例对照者(NGT),分别测定其血清Hs-CRP、U-Pro、TAOC等指标。结果:T2DM肾病组和IGT组血清Hs-CRP明显高于NGT组(P<0.01),IGT组血清总抗氧化能力水平明显低于NGT组;相关性分析显示血清Hs-CRP水平与U-Pro呈显著正相关(r=0.191,P<0.05),但U-Pro水平与血清TAOC相关性不显著。结论:T2DM及IGT患者血清Hs-CRP及TAOC与肾损伤具有明显的相关性,Hs-CRP水平升高及TAOC水平降低是血糖异常者肾损伤的可能原因之一,可作为2型糖尿病肾病发生、发展和预后的判断指标之一,对准确评估T2DM及IGT患者肾损伤危险度有一定价值。
Objective:To study the clinical significance of determining serum high sensitive C reactive protein,total antioxidation capability and urine protein in type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM) with impaired glucose tolerance(IGT).Methods: Objects were classified into three groups T2DM,IGT and normal subjects.A series of biochemical index such as the serum Hs-CRP,TAOC and U-Pro were assessed.Results: Both the T2DM and IGT groups had significantly elevated serum Hs-CRP level,while the TAOC in IGT group was lower than that in NGT group.There were significant positive correlation between serum Hs-CRP and U-Pro and no obvirous correlation was found between serum TAOC and U-Pro.Conclusion: There are close relationship between serum TAOC and Hs-CRP in IGT and T2DM group,the increase of Hs-CRP level and the decrease of TAOC may be the main reason of renal impairment in T2DM and IGT.
