染整工艺对涤纶导电织物抗静电等性能的影响 被引量:2

The Effect of Dyeing and Finishing Process on Antistatic Performance and Other Properties of Conductive Polyester Fabric

摘要 以涤纶导电织物为研究对象,通过分析前处理、染色和柔软整理对涤纶导电织物抗静电性、染色性和手感的影响,研究最大化保留涤纶导电织物功能性的染整技术。实验结果表明,退浆使涤纶导电织物的抗静电性有所降低,5 g/L NaOH的碱减量处理使涤纶导电织物的抗静电性超过退浆后的水平;质量分数为4%的分散红SF-B、分散黄UN-SE和分散蓝SF-G在pH值为5.0、温度为130℃时对涤纶导电织物染色,染后织物的抗静电性能较好、上染率较高,且能遮盖金属丝;在染色的基础上再经柔软剂MEGSOFT LUX整理,涤纶导电织物的抗静电性能较好、色牢度和手感良好,且色光变化小。 This paper took conductive polyester fabric as a study object. The dyeing and finishing technology with the maximum reservation of function for conductive polyester fabric was studied through analyzing the effect of pretreatment, dyeing and softening on the antistatic performance, dyeing properties and handle of conductive polyester fabric. The results showed that the desizing decreased the conductive polyester fabric's antistatic performance slightly. Alkali treatment with 5 g/L NaOH made the fabric raise the antistatic performance. The antistatic performance and uptake of conductive polyester fabric were good when the disperse red SF-B, disperse yellow UN-SE and disperse blue SF-G with 4 % (owf) were used at pH 5.0 and 130 ℃ to dye the conductive polyester fabric. The antistatic performance, color fastness and handle were good by finishing with softener MEGSOFT LUX for conductive polyester fabric after dyeing. Moreover, the hue of the fabric changed a little.
