摘要
在染色织物表面覆盖一层低折射率树脂,可以在上染率不变的情况下增加织物表观色泽深度.影响增深整理效果的主要因素是树脂的折射率、膜厚度等.通过对不同结构及不同折射率的硅油进行乳化,探讨了硅油结构和折射率、乳化剂及乳液pH等因素对增深效果的影响.实验表明,折射率在1.40左右的氨基硅油增深效果较好.乳化剂的选择也十分重要,不合适的乳化剂会大大降低增深效果.整理剂的用量越大,pH对增深效果的影响越明显,pH在6左右增深效果最佳.
The apparent color depth could be improved by covering the surface of dyed fabric with a layer of resin with low refractive index, and the dye uptake was not changed. Refractive index and film thickness were the main factors to influence the deepening effect. The effects of silicon structures, refractive index, emulsifier and pH of emulsion were studied by emulsifying the silicon oil with different structures and refractive indexes. The result showed that amino silicone oil with refractive index about 1.40 had better deepening effect. The selection of emulsifier was also important, improper emulsifier would greatly decrease the deepening effect. The higher the dosage of finishing agent, the more distinct the deepening effect was. The deepening effect was the best when pH value was about 6.
