摘要
采用NKR Black系列增深剂对聚酯织物进行增深处理。通过正交试验和单因素分析试验,对不同类型增深剂的效果进行了讨论,并对复配增深剂的工艺进行优化,其工艺条件为:采用两步两浴工艺,使用3% NKR Black S-5 160℃预处理1min,再使用3% NKR Black SR-1 180℃增深整理1min。
The thesis applied different NKR Black series color deepening agents to polyester fabric and discussed the effect of them through orthogonal design method. At the same time, the process of color deepening with formulated agents was investigated. Based on trials, the process of two step and two bath method was adopted, under the condition of pretreating I min at 160 ℃ with 3% NKR Black S-5,and then deepening finishing with 3% NKR Black SR-1 at 180 ℃ for 1 min.
