摘要 根据微机继电保护装置和保护系统的特点,探讨了保护装置和保护系统的可靠性定量评估方法。将软件可靠性研究分解为软件程序可靠性和软件数据可靠性研究,建立微机保护装置的硬件失效率模型和软件失效率模型,以及保护系统的马尔可夫模型,并求解出保护系统可靠性指标,包括保护可用度、保护拒动失效率和保护误动失效率。在已有的马尔可夫模型中增加了数据可靠性因子,考虑了由于人为计算失误,造成软件数据出错,最终导致保护系统失效的因素。最后以某地区电网220kV输电线路为例,估算出保护系统的各个指标。通过与已有文献计算结果的对比分析,认为该算法较全面,结果合理。 In terms of the characteristics of micro-computer relay protection equipment and protection system,the quantitative evaluation method about reliability of protection system is studied.The software reliability research is divided into two parts,which are software program reliability and software data reliability.Hardware and software failure rate models of micro-computer protection system along with protection system Markov models are established to calculate the reliability indices of protection system,including protection availability,mal-operation failure rate and mis-operation failure rate.The factor of data reliability is added into the old Markov models.It ponders over the counting misplay of people,which generates the errors of software data and finally conduces to the failure of the whole protection system.Then the paper takes a 220 kV transmission line as an example and predicts all the indices of the protection system.Comparison with the calculation results of existing literature shows that the proposed algorithm is comprehensive and rational.
