新型高压电气设备控制柜门观察窗的设计与应用

摘要 经研究设计了一种新型高压电气设备控制柜门观察窗,采用与防护框的插槽滑动配合的透明板、透气板和过滤板穿过观察口的方式,拉拔工具与各板上的拉拔孔配合抽拉,插针从防护框一侧深入插槽内承托各板开闭观察口。该观察窗可在环境因素变换时用于高压电气设备通风、散热或防尘功能,具有操作简单,易安装,适用性强等特点。 A new observation window for control cabinet door of high voltage electrical equipment is designed.In the observation window,a transparent plate,a ventilation plate and a filter plate cross the observation hole through separate sliding slots in the protective frame.Drawing tools can be used with the drawing holes in each plate to pull out it.The plates can be hold by pins penetrating from one side of the frame into the sliding slots,so that the observation hole can be opened and closed.The new observation window can be used for ventilation,heat dissipation or dust prevention of high voltage electrical equipment under various environmental conditions.It is of the advantages of simple operation,easy installation and good applicability.
