摘要
采用病理解剖、显微组织病理学研究方法,对患烂鳃并发胃充气病中华鲟(Acipenser sinensis)和健康中华鲟进行了比较研究。结果表明,患病中华鲟鳃充血,鳃丝末端逐渐变黑,烂鳃症状明显。胃充气明显,导致腹部极度膨胀,造成鱼体上翻、漂浮水面。肝、肾、脾等脏器有轻度充血病变;H.E染色的病理切片显示,患烂鳃并发胃充气病中华鲟鳃组织呈"棍棒状",鳃小片上皮细胞肿胀,红细胞外渗,鳃小片坏死而脱落,胃壁变薄、绒毛拉伸萎缩,胃粘膜下层炎性细胞浸润,肝细胞结构模糊,肝中央静脉和血窦扩张,部分肝细胞空泡化,肾组织、脾组织炎性细胞浸润。研究认为患病鱼鳃小片坏死脱落,烂鳃严重,导致鱼体呼吸功能衰竭,严重缺氧。在缺氧状态下,病鱼代偿性呼吸,吞食空气,进而引发胃充气。腹面上翻,肝、肾、脾的病变又会加重病情。文中还讨论了该病的致病原因和临床诊断预防措施。
The experiment was conducted to study the histological change of rotted gill and concurrent inflated stomach disease of Chinese sturgeon by anatomopathology and microhistopathology.The results demonstrated that the gill of diseased fish was hemorrhaged,the end of gill filament was darkened gradually with obvious rotten gill symptom.The abdominal expanded extremely as a result of obviously stomach inflatable.This induced the fish floating on the water surface.The liver,kidney,spleen and other organs had mild congestion and inflammation;the pathological section of H.E staining showed Chinese sturgeon which suffered from gill-rotten and gastric inflation appearing ＂stick-like＂ congestion,with epithelial cell swelling,erythrocyte extravasation,small piece of gill necrosis and disarticulation,gastric wall attenuation,atrophy of villi stretching,inflammatory cell infiltrating stomach organizations,hepatocellular structure blurring,the central vein of liver and hepatic blood sinus expansion,part of hepatocyte vacuolization,kidney and spleen hydropic degeneration with inflammatory cells increasing.It appears that branchial small flakes necrosis and disappearing can induce fish dyspnea.In this case,the diseased Chinese sturgeon appeared vicarious respiration which resulted fish to swallow air,then those induced the stomach of fish inflating and liver and kidney appearing pathological changes.Those can quicken the dead rate simultaneously.This paper also discussed the pathogenic factors and protective measures.
