摘要
多中心理论源起经济领域对于计划经济和市场经济的比较研究,之后在政治行政领域获得进一步发展,并趋向成熟。现代治理理论伴随着政治和经济全球化,成为国际上逐渐关注的公共管理理论,并在我国政府治理研究中获得一定发展。多中心和治理理论两者随着时代需求逐渐结合,形成了一种新的政府公共管理范式。
Polycentric theory originates from the comparative study between planned economy and market economy in the economic field, and has gradually matured through further development in politics and administration. With the economic and economic globalization, modern governance theory has become public administration theory with increasing international attention, which is also developed in the studies of governance theory in our country. With the calling of the times, both polycentric theory and governance theory will be gradually combined to evolve into a new public administrative paradigm of the government.
