摘要
社会秩序既可经由"命令—服从"的路径形成,也可以在人们的自由活动中自发形成;前者是计划秩序,后者是自发秩序。自发秩序有其独特的理论基础,在逻辑和现实中都有其合理性。我国高等教育秩序以计划秩序为主,也有一定成分的自发秩序,但这种自发秩序的方向是不确定的,有时它会背离基本的价值。自发秩序与高等教育之间的内在契合,使我国高等教育改革必须培育和规范高等教育自发秩序。
Social order may be formed by way of the order-obedience system, also by way of spontataneity in people's free activitivies. The former is the plan order, while the latter is the spontaneous order and it has rationality in logic and the reality. In China's higher education, plan order is the mainstream,but spontanous order also exists. Spontaneous order has indefinite directions, and sometimes it may depart from the basic value. But we must cultivate and standard the spontaneous order because there are intrinsic conjunctions between spontaneous order and higher education.
