摘要
目的 为了评价生长因子抑制剂非洲臀果木（Pygeumafricaum）提取物-通尿灵（Tadenan）治疗良性前列腺增生症的疗效。方法40例良性前列腺增生症患者2／d共服用通尿灵100mg，共8周。结果通尿灵可明显改善国际前列腺症状评分（IPSS）、最大尿流率（MFR）和残余尿量（P＜0．05～0．00l），无明显副作用。结论通尿灵治疗前列腺增生症疗效肯定。
To assess the efficacy of tadenan,an extract from pygeum africanum, intreating benign prostate hyperplasia. Metbods Forty patients were treated with tadenan at a dosage of50mg twice a day over a period of 8 weeks. Efficacy evaluation was based on IPSS score, maximal flowrate and residue urine. Results The results showed that tadenan decreased IPSS score and residueurine, and enhance maximaI flow rate(P<0. 05～0. 001). Copudusion Tadenan is safe and effective intreating benign prostate hyperplasia.[
