摘要
目的:了解我院口服治疗良性前列腺增生症(BPH)药物应用现状和趋势。方法:收集我院2007—2009年用药数据库内的口服治疗BPH药物消耗数据,用Excel对药物品种、用药金额、用药频度(DDDs)等进行统计和分析。结果:我院口服治疗BPH药物的用量呈逐年上升趋势。其中肾上腺素能α1a受体阻断剂坦索罗辛在我院应用广泛。结论:我院口服治疗BPH药物应用总体合理,用量逐年增加。选择安全、有效、依从性好的药物是治疗BPH的必然发展趋势。
OBJECTIVE： To probe into the utilization of oral drugs against benign prostatic hyperplasia（BPH） and its tendency.METHODS： The drug consumption data of the oral anti-BPH drugs during 2007-2009 period were retrieved from database for statistical analysis regarding drug varieties,consumption sum and DDDs using Excel.RESULTS： The consumption quantity of oral anti-BPH drugs was increasing year by year.Tamsulosin,as a representative of the α1a adrenaline receptor antagonist,has been widely used in our hospital.CONCLUSION： In general,the use of oral anti-BPH in our hospital was rational,and the consumption quantity of which was increasing year on year.Safe,effective anti-BPH therapy with good compliance surely enjoys promising future.
