摘要
实施"工学结合、半工半读"的人才培养模式,应打破传统学科教育教学模式,进行"订单式"培养模式、双证书制培养模式及其他灵活的教学管理制度改革,最终目的是使高职院校能够培养出社会急需的各类技能型应用人才,实现学校、企业、学生三方共赢的效果。
In order to implement the talents training mode of＂work- study combination＂, the traditional educational and teaching mode which pays more attention on the subjects should be broken. Instead, the cultivation mode like order- based pattern, double- certificate system and other flexible reform on teaching management system can be carried out. The ultimate goal is to make higher vocational colleges cultivate various skill - oriented applied talents needed by the society so that the effect of all - win among colleges, enterprises and students can be achieved.
