超滤膜分离灰树花多糖的工艺条件优化 被引量:9

摘要 利用超滤膜分离技术对灰树花多糖进行分离,选择截留分子量6.0×104的PS膜分离灰树花多糖,膜通量较好。正交试验表明,影响膜通量的主要因素是料液温度,其次是膜分离操作压力;综合考虑膜的使用寿命和生产成本,采用超滤膜分离时料液在中性情况下,料温为30℃、操作压力为0.25MPa为膜分离的优化工艺。 In order to separation Grifolan using ultrafihration membrane, which choosing molecular weight cutoff 6.0 × 104 PS membrane, the membrane flux was better. The orthogonal experimental shown the main factors of effect on membrane flux were temperature of matter and operating pressure. Considering the useful life of membrane and production costs these factors comprehensively, the conclusion was shown that optimum technology are temperature 30℃ , operating pressure 0. 25MPa using neutral matter.
