摘要
离心分离预处理、超滤提取姬松茸多糖,工艺简单可行、产品纯度好。超滤操作条件为室温(20℃),操作压力0.08~0.10MPa,pH7~8,多糖可浓缩至35g/L。所得多糖制品纯度高达82.79%。
<Abstrcat> It was simple and feasible that Agaricus blazei polysaccharide was extracted by centrifugal pretreatment with ultrafiltration separation technology. The results showed that polysaccharide could be condensedto 35g/L at room temperature(20℃), the ultrafiltration pressure 0.08~0.1 MPa, pH7~8. The purity of polysaccharide was up to 82.79%.
