兔牙周炎与动脉粥样硬化结合模型建立及研究 被引量:5

Establishment and study on periodontitis and atherosclerosis compound model in rabbits

摘要 目的:建立兔牙周炎与动脉粥样硬化结合模型,探讨牙周炎与动脉粥样硬化的关系。方法:48只新西兰兔随机分为4组:对照组(A组),牙周炎组(B组),动脉粥样硬化组(C组),牙周炎+动脉粥样硬化(D组),分别检测牙周指标、血脂指标及血清中高敏C反应蛋白、基质金属蛋白酶-9含量,于12周末处死动物,拍X线片观察实验牙(下颌双侧第一前磨牙)牙槽骨吸收情况,观察升主动脉组织病理学改变。结果:B,D组探诊深度和龈沟出血指数均高于A,C组(P<0.01),X线片见实验牙牙槽骨吸收明显;C,D组血脂指标均高于A,B组(P<0.01),病理见C,D组动脉粥样硬化形成,D组病变较C组更严重;血清高敏C反应蛋白、基质金属蛋白酶-9含量D组最高,C,B,A组依次减少。结论:牙周炎可加重动脉粥样硬化的病变程度,可能与牙周炎时血清细胞因子水平升高有关。 Objective To investigate the possible correlation between atherosclerosis and periodontitis by establishing an animal model of periodontitis and atherosclerosis in rabbits.Methods Forty-eight male New Zealand rabbits were divided into four groups,group A(control group),B(periodontitis group),C(atherosclerosis group),and D(atherosclerosis complicated with periodontitis group).Every group accepted the corresponding treatment.The periodontal index,levels of blood lipid,serum high sensitivity C-reactive protein and matrix metalloproteinase 9 were examined.Animals were sacrificed after 12 weeks.Periodontitis severity was observed radiographically.And ascending aorta was surveyed histologically.Results Probing depth and sulcus bleeding index in group B and D were higher than those in group A and C(P〈0.01).The X-ray showed clear bone loss in group B and D.The levels of blood lipid in group C and D were higher than those in group A and B(P〈0.01).Atherosclerotic lesions of ascending aorta were formed in group C and D.And group D had more severe lesions than group C.The levels of serum high sensitivity C-reactive protein and matrix metalloproteinase 9 were the highest in group D,and decreased in group C,B,A by turns.Conclusion Periodontitis can aggravate the degree of atherosclerosis,which may be related to the increased serum cytokin level.
