摘要
基于中国31个省(市、区)1997-2007年职工平均工资、技术创新能力、人力资本和外商直接投资数据,运用面板数据变截距和变系数相关模型对工资差异的增长效应进行检验。检验结果表明:总体而言,一个地区的创新能力每提高1%,其职工平均工资就会提高0.18%左右;一些控制变量如人力资本、外商直接投资等对工资水平也具有显著为正的影响。
According to panel data of 31 provinces in China from 1997 to 2007,we test the relation of Regional Wage Inequality and Regional Innovative Capacity.Using models with variable intercepts and with variable coefficients,which involve Average Wages of staff,innovative capacity,human capital and FDI data,we conclude that in the range of the whole country the coefficient of innovative capacity is 0.1847;Controllable variable such as human capital,FDI have significant positive effect on wage level.
