摘要
探讨外科研究生培训前能力评估方案。由于外科研究生本科阶段学习成绩存在个体差异及本科生与研究生角色不同,因而个人行医能力基础不同,从医德医风、业务能力、科研能力三方面入手进行个体化评估,为尽快适应本学科需求,制定外科研究生规范化培养个体化方案奠定基础。
Investigated the evaluation project of surgery post-graduate＇ ability before training, everyone practise ability is difference because of the school performance diffrence or the diffrence role between student and surgery post-graduate. So the evaluation project of surgery post-graduate＇ ability is set about from medical ethics, medical ability, scientific research, and is the foundation of the project of resident physicians＇ standardized training, adapts surgery post-graduate the subjects＇ demands.
