摘要
生态资源作为一种资本向社会提供独特的、无形的、有价值的生态服务,应当取得相应的资本权益,这种资本权益的取得只有通过生态补偿的方式才能实现。按照这一观点,生态补偿包括：补偿实质、构成要素、基本原则、补偿范围和局限性特质等5个基本内涵。
Ecological resources ought to get corresponding capital rights and interests,because it provide society with unique,intangible,valuable ecological service as a capital.Only passing way of eco-compensation,can gaining of this capital rights and interests come true.According to this viewpoint,eco-compensation includes five fundamental connotations,such as essence of compensation,composing key elements,fundamental principle,range of compensation,particularity of limitation etc.
