摘要
本文从劳动价值论、社会分工、社会生存与发展的角度阐述了公益林生态效益价值的理论依据 ;对公益林生态产品的特点进行了分析 ;提出生态效益补偿机制实现的有效途径是把森林环境资源核算纳入森林资源资产核算体系 ,从而纳入国民经济核算体系 ;
The paper explain that theory foundation of ecological benefit value from the labour value theory,the share out the work of society,the survival and development of society for the public forest.The characteristic of ecological product for the public forest has been analysed.Indicated that the effective ways to obtain compensation of the ecological Benefit is put the forest environment asset accounting into the forest resource asset accounting system,thus into the national economic accounting system.The ways to obtain compensation have been discussed for public forest.
