摘要
目的 探讨切取耳软骨而又不使耳郭变形的方法 .方法 根据造船过程中的＂龙骨-龙筋-肋骨＂支架原理,保留耳甲轮廓、耳轮脚及轮脚的侧向延伸部,使耳郭供区不发生明显变形.结果 本组56例鼻成形术患者,切取耳郭软骨进行移植,30例获随访6～12个月,并对耳郭形态进行测量,无供区耳外形变化.结论 本方法 可以获得大量耳软骨而不致使供区耳外形发生改变,值得临床推广应用.
Objective To evaluate a new method for harvesting ear cartilages without auricular deformation. Methods According to cantilever principle of ＂keel, long tendons, ribs＂ on the process of building ships, the outline of auricular eoneha, crus of helix and lateral extensive part of the crus of helix were retained to refrain from apparent auricular deformation. Results Conchal cartilages were harvested from 56 patients for autologous transplantation in rhinoplasty. About 30 eases were followed up for 6 - 12 months, and measurements of auricular morphous were performed. There were no auricular deformations happening in all cases. Conclusion It is easy to harvest a large amount of ear cartilage without auricular deformations by using this method which is worth applying generally in clinic.
