摘要
[文摘]目的比较两种手术方式治疗先天性鼻孔畸形的效果。方法选取2012年8月～2017年6月在我院接受治疗的90例先天性鼻孔畸形患者,采用回顾性分析,根据手术方式分为观察组和对照组,每组各45例。对照组实施硅胶假体鼻整形,观察组采用自体软骨鼻整形术,比较两组手术的临床效果及患者满意度。结果经鼻整形术后,两组先天性鼻孔畸形均得到有效矫正,观察组鼻孔形态异常、鼻小柱过长、鼻尖瘦小、鼻翼塌陷率均明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组总满意度(97.8%)明显高于对照组(91.1%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对鼻孔畸形的修复,采用自体软骨鼻整形术具有显著优势,术后效果理想,能有效矫正鼻孔畸形问题,提升鼻部美感,患者满意度高,有临床推广价值。
Objective Comparison of two operative methods in the treatment of congenital nostril malformation.Methods From August2012to June2017,90cases of congenital nasal malformation were treated in our hospital.By retrospective analysis,they were divided into observation group and control group according to the operation mode,45cases in each group.The control group was treated with silicone prosthesis and the observation group was treated with autologous cartilage rhinoplasty.The clinical curative effect and patient satisfaction were observed and compared between the two groups.Results After transnasal plastic surgery,the patients with congenital nasal malformation in both groups were effectively corrected.In the observation group,the nostril shape was abnormal,the nasal column was too long,the nasal tip was thin,and the probability of nasal wing collapse was obviously lower than that in the control group.The differences were statistically significant(P<0.05),and satisfaction of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion For the repair of nostril malformation,using autologous cartilage rhinoplasty has obvious advantages,the effect is ideal,it can effectively correct the problem of nasal malformation,enhance the aesthetic feeling of nose,the patient satisfaction is high,and it has clinical popularization value.
