摘要
微弧氧化技术是一种直接在有色金属表面原位生长陶瓷膜的新技术,所生成的陶瓷膜与基体的结合力好,具有优良的力学性能。综述了铝合金微弧氧化技术的基本原理以及沉积工艺和基材成分对成膜机理的影响、配方和供电方式对微弧氧化工艺的影响、微弧氧化膜力学和耐蚀性能,并展望了该技术的发展方向。
Micro-arc oxidation(MAO) is a novel technique,which can in-situ form the ceramic coatings on the surfaces of some non-ferrous metals. The ceramic coatings prepared by MAO show good adhesion with the substrate and excellent mechanical properties. The basic principle of the MAO technique on aluminum alloys is introduced, as well as the influences by deposition processes and substrates. The compositions o{ the electrolyte and the applied power modes have important effects on the deposition process of MAO. The mechanical and anti-corrosion properties of the MAO films are presented, and an outlook of the application and research trend of the technique are also pointed out.
