摘要
采用电弧喷涂技术,以纯Al层为喷涂打底层,在AZ31镁合金表面沉积了Al-FeAl复合涂层。采用光学显微镜、SEM、XRD、EDS等方法探测了复合涂层的截面形貌,分析了复合涂层的界面行为。对复合涂层进行了磨粒磨损试验和电化学腐蚀试验。结果表明:电弧喷涂Al-FeAl复合涂层与基体结合良好。FeAl层显微硬度约为AZ31基体的4倍,喷涂Al-FeAl复合涂层试样的耐磨粒磨损性能约为AZ31基体的3倍,复合涂层试样的自腐蚀电位比AZ31基体高305 mV,自腐蚀电流密度相比AZ31基体降低了一个数量级,能提高AZ31基体的耐蚀性能。
Al layer was made as bottom layer. AI-FeA1 composite coating was deposited on AZ31 surface by twin wire arc spray. The microstructure and interface behavior were detected by OM, SEM, XRD and EDS. The abrasive wear resistance and electro-chemical corrosion of the composite coating tests were carried out. The results show that the bonding between Al-FeAl composite coating and AZ31 substrate is good. The micro-hardness of FeAl layer is 4 times higher than that of AZ31 substrate, and the wear resistance of composite coating is about 3 times higher than that of AZ31, the self-corrosion potential of Al-FeAl is 305 mV higher than the substrate and self-corrosion current density is lower one order than the substrate, thus the composite coating can improve the corrosion resistance ofAZ31 substrate.
