低温胁迫下澳洲坚果幼苗的某些生理生化特征 被引量:8

摘要 以2年生澳洲坚果A4品种盆栽幼苗为试材,研究了低温胁迫对幼苗叶片丙二醛(MDA)含量、游离脯氨酸(Pro)含量、可溶性蛋白含量和可溶性糖含量的影响。结果表明,低温胁迫1d,澳洲坚果幼苗叶片丙二醛(MDA)含量、脯氨酸(Pro)含量、可溶性蛋白含量、可溶性糖含量均显著升高;随着低温胁迫时间的延长(2~3d),丙二醛(MDA)含量呈下降趋势,可溶性蛋白含量和可溶性糖含量呈升高趋势,而脯氨酸(Pro)含量则是处理2d继续升高,处理3d后下降;胁迫解除后,各生理指标趋向于处理前水平。 The potted seedlings of two years old of Macadamia cultivars A4 were used as experimental material to study their cold resistance. The changes of leaves' malondialdehyde(MDA) content, free proline content, soluble protein content and soluble sugar content of the potted seedlings under low temperatures stress were studied. At first day of low temperature stress the malondlaldehyde( MDA)content, free proline content, soluble protein content and soluble sugar content of potted seedlings of macadamia cultivars were all increased significantly ; the soluble protein content and soluble sugar content increased continually with the low temperature stress time increasing(2,3 d) ,while the malondialdehyde (MDA) content decreased, but the free proline content increased after 2 d, while after 3 d it decreased. After low temperature stress was relieved,the physiological indexes tended to resume to the pre-cold level.
