摘要
目的:探讨不同剂量的γ射线辐照对淋巴细胞的杀伤效果,确定抑制淋巴细胞增殖的最佳剂量。方法:分别用15 Gy、25 Gy、35 Gy的137Csγ射线对血液进行辐照处理,并进行PHA刺激试验,测定3H掺入量。结果:淋巴细胞增殖反应抑制率随照射剂量的增加而增加,15 Gy、25 Gy、35 Gy的辐照剂量淋巴细胞的增殖反应抑止率分别为(82.4±4.5)%、(96.3±1.4)%、(98.7±1.1)%。结论:25 Gy是一个比较适合的辐照剂量,可起到预防输血相关移植物抗宿主病发生的效果。
Objective:To discuss the effect on sterilizing the lymphocytes by the different dose Gamma-ray irradiated and confirm the optimal dose of irradiating blood.Methods:The authors irradiated blood by 137Csγ gamma-ray at 15 Gy,25 Gy and 35 Gy,then detect 3H mixing into the lymphocytes by PHA activated testing.Results:The lymphocytes inhibition rate increase with irradiating dosage increased.The lymphocytes inhibition rate is(82.4± 4.5)%,(96.3±1.4)%,(98.7±1.1)% at 15 Gy,25 Gy and 35 Gy irradiating dose.Conclusion:The optimal irradiation dose for blood is 25Gy.It could prevent transfusion associated graft-versus-host disease.
