摘要
建立和优化白首乌组织培养克隆化快速繁殖技术,为保护白首乌的野生资源,发展人工资源和探讨育种新途径奠定基础。在组织培养条件下进行白首乌愈伤组织的诱导、分化,试管苗复壮和生根等一系列技术优化试验。在培养基中适当添加矮壮素(PP333)能显著改善试管苗的素质,萘乙酸(NAA)对植株愈伤组织的生成具有十分有效的作用。PP333和NAA与激素配合使用,能十分有效地调控白首乌愈伤组织的分化、试管苗的生长与生根。
To establish and to optimize the technipue of clonig and rapid propagation by tissue culture in Bunge Swalloztrwort for the protection and development of naturd resource as well as seekiiag for new breeding way of B. Swallowwort by biotechnology, the research on the optimized technology of tissue culture including callus induction, differentiation, plantlet propagation, and rooting was designed. PP333 has significant stocky effect on the plantlets and NAA has the significant effect on the conformation of callus. PP333 and NAA in certain concenration which are added to culture media could improve and regulate the differentiation of Callus as well as increase the survival rate Of cultivated seeding.
