摘要
以黄栀幼苗的顶芽为试验材料进行组织培养,筛选出黄栀不同组培阶段适宜的培养基配方,结果表明:最适的丛生芽诱导培养基为MS+6-BA 1.0 mg/L+NAA 0.6 mg/L,出芽率达100%,且芽长势最好;丛生芽生根培养基为1/2 MS+NAA 0.1 mg/L,生根率高达100%,且产生的根较粗壮,侧根较多。
The terminal buds of Gardenia jasminoides Ellis seedling were used to determine the optimum medium in different stage of tissue culture.The results showed that the optimum medium for bud formation was MS+6-BA 1.0 mg/L+NAA 0.6 mg/L,in which the budding rate was 100% and the buds grew well.For root formation,the optimum medium was 1/2 MS+NAA 0.1 mg/L,in which the rooting rate was 100% and the roots was sturdy,the lateral root was more.
