摘要
研究了不同配比高乙烯基聚丁二烯橡胶(HVBR)与顺丁橡胶(BR)共混体系的性能,并用透射电镜和扭辫分析法考察了共混胶的结构形态。结果表明,两胶共混容易,相容性好,各自的加工性能可通过并用得到改善。BR的加入,使HVBR的低温性能、弹性和耐磨性等得到明显改善,同时保持了HVBR耐老化性好、生热低和抗湿滑性强等优点。共混胶性能非常类似于中乙烯基聚丁二烯橡胶。
The properties of blends of high vinyl polybutadiene rubber (HVBR) with cis-1,4-poly-butadiene rubber (BR) were studied and their structure morphologies were examined by means of transmission electron microscopy and torsional braid analysts. The results showed that the HVBR can easily be blended with BR and their compatibility is very fine. By blending HVBR with BR, the low temperature rasls ance, elastivity and wearproof of HVBR are greatly improved and its excellent wet skid resistance, heat build-up and heat aging resistance are kept. The properties of the blends are very similar to that of middle vinyl polybutadiene rubber.
