摘要
在50L聚合釜中,以MoCl_5-Al(i-Bu)_3-PhO(m-CH_3)为催化剂,烯丙基溴为分子量调节剂。先合成高乙烯基聚丁二烯橡胶(HVBR),再加入BR进行溶液共混,制得HVBR/BR共混生胶。结果表明,随HVBR用量增加,HVBR/BR共混生胶的屈服强度和门尼粘度提高,加工行为优于HVBR和牌号为CB45NF的低顺式聚丁二烯橡胶;其硫化胶的耐磨性及回弹性降低,而硬度和耐老化性有所提高。并保持了HVBR低生热的优点。当HVBR用量为40~60份时,HVBR/BR共混硫化胶的综合性能优良,拉伸强度约为16MPa,300%定伸应力约为10MPa,撕裂强度大于30kN/m,扯断伸长率为420%~450%。
High vinyl polybutadiene rubb6r(HVBR)was polymerized with MoCl5-Al(i-Bu)3-PbO(mCH3)catalyst system in a 50L polymerization reactor.Then the solution blended HVBR/ BR was prepared by the solution blending of HVBR and cis-1,4-polybutadiene(BR)in different mass ratios.The results showed that with the increase of HVBR content,the yield strength and Mooney viscosity of HVBR/ BR raw rubber increased,the abrasion and resilience of HVBR/BR vulcanizates decreased.hardness and aging resistance increased When HVBR content was 40~60 phr,HVBR/BR vulcanizates had good comprehensive properties,the tensile strength was 16 MPa,300% tensile modulus l0MPa,tear strength was more than 30 kN/m and elongation at break was 420%~450%.
