摘要
目的:总结应用MEBT/MEBO治疗面颈部烧伤的护理方法。方法:对86例面颈部烧伤患者实施MEBT/MEBO规范的治疗疗法,保护创面,避免护理不当导致的损伤。结果:规范的护理对面颈部烧伤,包括伴有吸入性损伤的患者得到良好的治疗效果。结论:对于面颈部烧伤及吸入性损伤患者的护理既要认真负责、仔细观察,又要有规范的MEBT/MEBO护理程序,才能保证取得最好的治疗效果。
Objective：To explore the nursing method in treating faciocervical burn with MEBT/MEBO.Methods：86 faciocervical burn patients were treated with standardized application of MEBT/MEBO to protect the wound and to avoid secondary-injury caused by improper nursing.Results：The standardized nursing showed a good effect on the patients with faciocervical burn and inhalation injury.Conclusion：It is a key point to ensure the good effect of nursing the patients with faciocervical and inhalation burn injury that more attention should be paid to nursing carefully,observing in detail and applying standardized nursing method of MEBT/MEBO.
