摘要
在高职教育推行工学结合人才培养模式改革的背景下,实践教学出现了诸多新特点,原有的对实践教学的评价体系必须相应作出调整。实践教学的评价应注重效能评价与工作过程相结合的原则、可操作性原则、绝对评价与过程评价相结合的原则,评价体系的构成包括实践环境、实践教学项目设计、实践产品(作品)、实践结论等方面。该文初步构建了工学结合实践教学效能评价指标,对高职院校推行工学结合人才培养模式改革有一定的借鉴意义。
In the vocational education reform context of implementation of learning-in-working training mode, many new characteristics have emerged in the practice te aching, the original practice teaching evaluation system must be adjusted accordingly. Evaluation of practice teaching should focus on the principle of combining the work process and performance evaluation, the principle of operability, the principle of combining process evaluation and absolute evaluation. The composition of evaluation system contains the practice environment, practice teaching project design, practical products (works), practices, etc.. The initial target of efficiency evaluating is built in the paper. It is certain referential significance that learning-in-working training model is implemented by higher vocational colleges.
