摘要
高职院校与区域社会生态的伴生关系,决定了高职院校文化形成之初就具有了区域文化、企业文化和职业文化的特性。对此,从我国高职教育转型期的特征出发,分析高职院校文化体系的组成结构、构建基础和构建途径,就正处于由"教学生产型"向"教学生产研发型"转变的高职院校文化体系建设进行理论探索。
The dependent relationships between the higher vocational college and regional social ecology show that the vocational college culture has the characteristic of regional culture,corporate culture,and professional culture at the early stage of their formation.This paper analyses the construction of vocational college culture system,construction foundation and way,based on the characteristic in high vocational education transforming period.In addition,this paper takes a theoretical exploration on the vocational college's culture system construction which is transforming from the 'Teaching-Production Type' to 'Teaching-Production-Research Type'.
