综述了甜玉米的营养价值,重点介绍了甜玉米饮料加工技术的研究进展,并对加工中存在的主要问题提出了建议,简述了甜玉米饮料的发展前景。
The nutritional value of sweet corn were comprehensively summed up. The development and research- progression of sweet corn beverage were discussed. And the problems in sweet corn beverage production along with the resolvable methods were put forward. Finally the prospect of sweet corn beverage processing were introduced.
