摘要 ATP生物发光是一种快速的微生物检测方法,具有灵敏、快速、简便、稳定等优点,本文就其原理、特点及在食品卫生、医药中的应用进行了综述。 As a fast detecting method of microorganism,ATP bioluminescence has the advantages of sensitivity,highspeed,convenience and stability and so on. The article summarizes its principles,characteristics and application to food hygiene and medicine.
