摘要
综述了各种类型肝纤维化动物模型的造模方法及原理,并评述了各种模型的特点与应用范围。认为不同造模方法复制的肝纤维化动物模型各有特点。科学研究时要结合实际情况充分考虑肝纤维化形成过程中病因和机制、人与动物的种属差异、自然恢复率、死亡率等多种因素,选择最为合适的动物模型。
Described the method and the principle ,which are about making different animal models of liver fibrosis, and thought different animal models of liver fibrosis made possess their own characteristic each. In the course of scientific research, We fuUy consider different factors in order to Choose the most suitable animal model, such as the etiology and pathology of liver fibrosis, the difference between people and animal, the resuming rate naturally, the death rate, ect.
