摘要 目的:准确预测战场伤员流的流量,为做好战时卫勤保障工作提供可靠依据。方法:利用Matlab神经网络工具箱自带的神经网络函数,通过一组编程,实现3种神经网络的建立、学习和训练,从而完成对伤员流流量的预测。结果:通过对抗美援朝战争志愿军某师伤员流流量的预测,预测结果与实际数据基本一致。结论:利用Matlab神经网络工具箱预测伤员流流量结果可靠,方法科学。 Objective To predict volume of the wounded patient flow precisely and provide a powerful backing for wartime military support. Methods Matlab neural network toolbox had neural network function of itself, which could achieve the establishment, learning and training of three types of neural networks through a set of programming, then, the prediction of the flow of the wounded was achieved. Results Through forecasting volume of the wounded patient flow of a division in the Korean War, the result was basically consistent with the actual data. Conclusion Use of Matlab neural network toolbox for predicting flow of the wounded in a war proves effective and reliable. [Chinese Medical Equipment Journal,2010,31 (4) : 18-20]
