摘要
为了及时、准确地掌握区域水资源质量的状态、分布和变化规律,预测事故隐患,并在事故突发后辅助管理人员生成应急方案,该文结合地理信息系统技术,遵循系统功能层和数据层并行设计的技术路线,研究与开发了区域水环境信息管理系统。结果表明,集成了数据库管理系统、地理信息系统和人工神经网络水质预测模型的管理系统,能够实时、直观地对区域水环境信息进行可视化表达,并根据系统对警报阈值和应对建议的设置,为水资源的监测和管理提供决策支持功能。
A regional environmental information management system was developed to improve the water distribution and utilization in regional water systems. The system can also predict accident possibilities and assist emergency planning. The system integrates geographical information system technology with the water management system in a parallel design having a functionality layer and a data layer. The system integrates a relational database management system, geographical information system, and artificial neural network water quality prediction model. The system provides visualization of the regional water environmental information and decision making support based on the threshold alarms.
