摘要
目的观察骨舒汤对兔膝骨关节炎软骨细胞凋亡的影响,探讨其治疗膝骨关节炎的机制。方法将48只家兔随机分为4组,每组12只,分别为空白组、模型组、壮骨关节丸组、骨舒汤组,造模成功后,术后第4、6、8 W每组各处死4只兔,进行关节软骨细胞凋亡率观察。结果骨舒汤组软骨细胞凋亡指数明显低于OA模型组。结论骨舒汤可以明显抑制骨关节炎中软骨细胞的凋亡率,达到保护软骨细胞,延缓发病的目的。
Objective To observe the effects of Gu Shu decoction on chondrocyte apoptosis of rabbits with experimental knee osteoarthritis,and to probe into its mechanism for the treatment of knee osteoarthritis.Methods 48 rabbits were randomized into 4 groups as blank group,model group,Zhuanggu Guangjie pills group and Gu Shu decoction group,12 each.After the successful modeling,4 rabbits in each group were killed in the 4th,6th and 8th week respectively.Chondrocyte apoptosis was observed.Results Chondrocyte apoptosis index of the Gu Shu decoction group was obviously lower than that of the OA model group.Conclusion Gu Shu decoction can markedly inihibt chondrocyte apoptosis rate in osteoarthritis,and has the effect of protecting chondrocyte and delay the occurrence.
