摘要
为观察艾叶油乳膏剂对兔膝骨关节炎模型关节冲洗液中细胞因子(IL1β、PGE2、TNFα)含量的影响。将54只成年新西兰兔分为正常对照组(A组),模型对照组(B组),扶他林软膏组(C组),艾叶油乳膏剂大(D组)、中(E组)、小(F组)剂量组,每组9只,采用Vandman法〔2〕将B~F组兔的左膝关节用石膏固定于伸直位6周,造成膝骨关节炎模型后,将基质涂于A、B组兔膝关节处,将艾叶油乳膏剂涂于D、E、F组兔膝关节处,扶他林软膏涂于C组兔膝关节处,每天1次,连续4周。采用放免法检测关节冲洗液中细胞因子含量。结果显示D、E组关节冲洗液中TNFα、IL1β、PGE2含量比模型对照组低,P<0.05或0.01,有统计学意义。表明艾叶油乳膏可降低关节冲洗液中细胞因子(IL1β、PGE2、TNFα)的含量。
In order to observe the influence of Artemisiea Argyi Oil Cream (AAOC) on the levels of IL-1Β, PGC2 and TNF-α in the washing synovial fluid of rabbit knee osteoarthritis models, 54 adult New Zealand rabbits were divided into 6 groups, Groups A to F: Groups A, B and C as the normal control, the modelled control and the Votaren-ointment-treated, respectively and Groups D, E and F as the large-dose-AAOC-treated, the middle-dose-AAOC-treated and the small-dose-AAOC-treated, respectively; the left knees of Groups B to F were fixed in a straight position by cast for six months and made into the rabbit models of knee osteoarthritis; the matrix, Votaren ointment and AAOC were externally applied once a day for four weeks on the knees of Groups A and B, Group C and Groups D, E and F, respectively; and the levels of IL-1Β, PGC2 and TNF-α in the washing synovial fluid were detected by RIA. The results showed that the levels of IL-1Β, PGC2 and TNF-α in Groups D and E were lower than those in the modeled control with a statistical significance (P < 0.05 or P < 0.01), suggesting that AAOC functions to reduce the levels of IL-1Β, PGC2 and TNF-α in the washing synovial fluid of rabbit knee osteoarthritis model.
