摘要
目的观察复方艾叶油乳膏剂对手术所致兔膝骨关节炎模型关节软骨病理改变及MMP-13的影响。方法参照Hulth法分别建立兔膝骨关节炎模型,随机分为模型对照组、假手术组、复方艾叶油乳膏剂组,取同龄正常兔为正常对照组,每组10只。正常对照组、模型对照组和假手术组于膝关节处涂抹乳膏剂基质,药物组以相应的药物涂抹。4周后空气栓塞处死动物,取股骨内髁约0.5cm×0.8cm组织块,观察软骨的形态学变化及软骨中MMP-13表达与分布。结果复方艾叶油乳膏剂能减轻关节软骨病理损伤,减少MMP-13表达。结论复方艾叶油乳膏剂可通过减少MMP-13表达而起到保护关节软骨的作用。
objective： To study effect of Compound Artemisiae Argyi oil cream on knee cartilage pathological changes and MMP- 13 expression in knee osteoarithitis rabbits eaused by operation. Methods： Osteoarithitis models were made according ot Huhh Method, then randomly divided into model control group, fake operation group Compound Artemisiae Argyi oil cream group, normal rabbits with the same age as normal control group, ten rabbits each group, the normal and model control groups spread bases in knee joints, other groups spread corresponding drugs. 4 weeks later, Then observe the knee cartilage pathological changes and MMP - 13 expression. Ruslts： Compound Artemisiae Argyi oil cream can reduce the reduce the pathological injury and MMP- 13 expression. Conclusion： Compound Artemisiae Argyi oil cream can protect knee cartilage through reducing MMP- 13 expression.
