摘要
通过在D6114ZLQB柴油机上进行对比实验,研究了D30混合燃料对柴油机性能的影响,并通过优化发动机系统参数,寻求在柴油机上燃用D30混合燃料的最佳排放。实验结果表明:在对原机供油系统进行优化调整后,增大循环供油量,能够保持原机的动力性;优化后与原柴油机水平比较,碳烟排放在中、高负荷时降低明显,在转速为1800r·min-1时降幅达到87.8%;在整个负荷范围内NOx排放平均降低20%左右;而HC排放在中、低负荷下较高,但在所有工况下排放均优于柴油。
Through the experimental comparison on D6114ZLQB diesel engine, this paper studies the influence of D30 fuel combination on the performance of diesel engine. The experiment was conducted to find out the least pollution proportion of D30 fuel combination in the engine by optimizing the parameters of combustion system. The test results show that through enhancing the DME fuel feed, the original power performance can be maintained. The carbonization has been reduced obviously when consuming D30 in medium and high load on the engine, with the maximum decreasing amplitude of 87.8% , while the NOx emission can be reduced by 20% under all of the load conditions; HC emission is comparatively higher under medium and low load, but itg lower than that of diesel under all working conditions.
