摘要
针对某发电用柴油机的排放必须达到欧洲非道路排放III阶段A标准的要求,使用电控高压共轨系统对其进行了匹配,为使匹配工作进展顺利,设计了一套匹配流程,并按照流程的步骤对高压油泵、喷油器、轨、电控系统和标定策略等进行了匹配和设计,匹配的试验结果表明,采用此流程匹配出来的柴油机各项指标都达到了目标要求。
High-pressure common rail system is matched on a diesel engine used for generator to achieve EU no-road emission standard IIIA. In order to match rapidly, a set of matching flow is established, based on which to design and match the high-pressure pump,in- jectors,rail,electronic control system and calibration strategy and etc. The experiments proves that based on this matching flow , the performance and emission parameters of the diesel engine meet the requirement.
