摘要
开展了4100QBZL增压中冷发动机燃用D40二甲醚—柴油混合燃料时采用EGR技术对发动机动力性、经济性、燃烧和排放性能影响的试验研究。试验结果表明:EGR技术可以有效降低D40混合燃料发动机的NOx排放,EGR率越高,NOx排放改善越明显,但会不同程度恶化烟度、HC,CO等排放。
The influence of EGR technology on power performance, fuel economy, combustion performance and emission per- formance was studied by experiment based on the turbocharged inter-cooling engine 4100QBZL fuelled with D40 DME-diesel blended fuel. The results show that the EGR technology can reduce the NO, emission effectively. The higher the EGR rate is, the less NOx emission is . However, the higher EGR rate will deteriorate the PM, HC and CO emission.
