上皮型钙黏附蛋白和增殖细胞核抗原在绒毛膜癌中的表达

摘要 目的探讨上皮型钙黏附蛋白(E-cad)和增殖细胞核抗原(PCNA)在绒毛膜癌中的表达及其意义。方法采用免疫组织化学的方法检测15例正常绒毛组织和21例绒毛膜癌组织中E-cad和PCNA的表达。结果 21例绒毛膜癌患者中E-cad阳性率28.6%(6例,6/21),正常绒毛组织中E-cad阳性率86.7%(13例,13/15),两者比较差异有统计学意义(χ2=11.849,P<0.01)。21例绒毛膜癌患者中PCNA阳性率90.5%(19例,19/21),正常绒毛组织中PCNA阳性率60.0%(9例,9/15),两者比较差异有统计学意义(χ2=10.506,P<0.01)。在21例绒毛膜癌组织中E-cad表达与PCNA表达呈负相关(r=-0.513,P<0.05)。结论 E-cad低表达和PCNA高表达是绒毛膜癌的重要生物学特征。 Objective To investigate the expression and value of E-cadherin and proliferating cell nuclear antigen(PCNA) in chorionic carcinoma. Methods The expression of E-cadherin and PCNA in 15 cases of normal villi and 21 cases of chorionic carcinoma was detected by using immunohistochemical method. Results Six in 21 cases of chorionic carcinoma showed the positive expression of E-cadherin and 13 in 15 cases of normal villi showed the positive expression(P〈0.01 ). The positive expression of PCNA in chorionic carcinoma was higher than that in normal villi. The expression of E-cadherin was negatively correlated with PCNA(r=-0.513,P〈0.05). Conclusion E-cadherin and PCNA might play an important role in chorionic carcinoma.
