摘要
随着"要从体育大国变成体育强国"口号的响亮提出,体育课程随之进行着激烈的改革,然而改革能否顺利进行与教师关系密切,因为体育教师是体育课程改革的具体实施者。如何对体育教师角色进行正确的定位是我们今天要探讨的重要课题之一。本文采用文献资料法,对体育课程改革中教师如何角色定位进行深入的研究,并结合当前新课改的实际情况发现残存问题,继而对体育教师与学生的关系、教师教学中的多角色演变、教师自身的再教育问题和教师开发新的课程资源等几方面提出完善意见,期望为新的体育课程改革增添微薄之力。
With the slogan" From State Sports into a Sports Power" raised loudly,sports then engaged in a fierce course of the reforms.However,whether the progress of reform is smooth has a close relationship with teachers,because physical education teachers are the specific perpetrators of physical education curriculum reform. How to correct the positioning of the role of physical education teachers is one of the important issues that we have to explore. In this paper,literature on the physical education curriculum reform in how the role of teachers to conduct in-depth research,combined with the current actual situation of the New Curriculum Reform found that the remaining issue,then the sports of the relationship between teachers and students,teachers teaching in the evolution of multi-role,own re-education teachers and teachers in the development of new areas such as curriculum resources to improve the views,expectations for the new sports added to the curriculum reform modest.
