摘要
首次合成了Ce3+和Eu2+共激活氯硅酸镁钙Ca8Mg(SiO4)4Cl2∶Ce3+,Eu2+高效绿色荧光粉,报道了它们的漫反射光谱、激发和发射光谱,观察到氯硅酸镁钙中Ce3+对Eu2+发光的敏化现象,通过分析光谱和Ce3+离子荧光寿命,阐述了氯硅酸镁钙中Ce3+对Eu2+发光的敏化作用缘于Ce3+和Eu2+之间的高效无辐射能量传递。
Ce 3+ and Eu 2+ codoped calcium magnesium chlorosilicate Ca 8Mg(SiO 4) 4Cl 2 (CMSC) was synthesized for the first time.The diffuse reflection spectra,excitation and emission spectra of CMSC:Ce 3+ ,Eu 2+ were measured and studied.Due to the good overlap between the Ce 3+ emission bands and Eu 2+ excitation bands,the energy transfer between Ce 3+ and Eu 2+ ions is expected to be very efficient and is confirmed by the emission spectra of CMSC:Ce 3+ ,Eu 2+ system.The fluoresence lifetime of Ce 3+ in CMSC:0 006Ce 3+ and CMSC:0 006Ce 3+ ,0 03Eu 2+ was determined to be 30 1 and 17 2ns,respectively.By the calculation,the probability of energy transfer from Ce 3+ to Eu 2+ (P SA ) is 2 49×10 7/s and energy transfer efficiency(η SA ) is 42 9%.
